How To Subscribe To The NRC Calendar
In order to subscribe to the NRC Calendar, follow the instructions below:
On iOS, you can subscribe directly on the device.
1. Go to the calendar page: http://nrcps.org/vcalendar/
2. Do any filtering if necessary.
3. Long press on the Subscribe link to bring up the sub-menu and tap Copy.
4. Go to the Settings app. Tap Accounts & Password. Tap Add Account.
5. Tap Other, and then Add Subscribed Calendar.
6. Paste the address and tap Next.
7. Tap Save.
Android devices and desktop computers processes are going to be the same since Android does not allow you to do it from the mobile device.
1. Go to the NRC calendar page: http://nrcps.org/vcalendar/
2. If you only want a certain calendar or category click the filter button, make your choices, and click the Filter button again. If you would like all events, skip to step 3.
3. Right-click the Subscribe link (or long press on it if on Android until the menu pops up). Choose Copy Link Address (or something similar as each browser is different). *Simply clicking the Subscribe button will only download the events and not actually subscribe to the calendar.*
4. Go to your personal calendar (e.g. Google, Yahoo, etc. . .) and choose to add a calendar via URL. Each service will be different on how this part is done. Then paste in the address they copied.
